DELIVERY & RETURN
We encourage you to  with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at DROP™ prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, DROP™ will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
Delivery
For all orders, processing and verification times range from same day to up to three (3) business days before an order ships. We cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed.

For international orders, please note we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our marketplace concept, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you have selected the correct model and size before placing your order with us. If your product has been damaged in transit or if you believe your product is unauthentic, do not remove the attached QR tag. Please e-mail us immediately at sales@dropstreetwear.com within 3 working days with a brief description of the issue, your order number and a photo of the QR tag. We are unable to process any claims if we are not notified within 3 working days.
Exchange
Due to the nature of our consignment marketplace, we DO NOT offer exchanges of any kind. Since every item may have a different seller and level of availability, even identical items may vary in price.

If you purchased an incorrect size, you may submit a return request for a merchandise credit. You may then use that credit to purchase the correct size, subject to availability. Please keep in mind that the returns process can take up to 14 business days before a merchandise credit is issued.
Cancellations
DROP reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include cancellations on specific items within an order. You will be notified of any cancellations via email.
