   We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the products we carry at Drop prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, Drop will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

   
   

   Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept any returns. All sales are final. Please ensure that you have selected the correct model and size before placing your order with us.

   
   

   If your product has been damaged in transit or if you believe your product is unauthentic, do not remove the attached QR tag. Please e-mail us immediately at sales@dropstreetwear.com within 2 working days with the following: 1) brief description of the issue, 2) your order number and 3) a photo of the QR tag. We are unable to process any claims if we are not notified within 2 working days.
