All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of an order being placed, unless it is a pre-order product.

Generally, domestic shipping will take between 1-3 working days (West Malaysia) and 3-5 working days (East Malaysia). Shipping times are an estimate and not guaranteed as it is courier-dependent. International shipping* will take between 7-20 working days. 

Orders within Klang Valley with same-day delivery must be placed before 11AM on the same day. Same-day delivery is only available on weekdays from Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

*For international shipments, please note that the customer is fully responsible for paying the required customs duties, taxes, fees, and other clearance-related fees (e.g. agent fees). Orders returned to us due to non-payment of customs payments will not be refunded.
