The "Battle Region" S9a Pack is a Japanese-language enhanced expansion from the Pokémon Sword & Shield series, officially released on February 25, 2022. This set marks the introduction of Sparkling Pokémon (known as Radiant Pokémon in English), powerful Basic Pokémon with rule-breaking abilities that are limited to one per deck. The expansion also features regional Hisuian forms from Pokémon Legends: Arceus, including Hisuian Decidueye, Hisuian Typhlosion, and Hisuian Samurott, as Pokémon V and VSTAR. Each booster pack contains 6 cards and includes a mix of Pokémon, Trainer, and Energy cards with the possibility of pulling special art and character rare cards. A collector-favorite and a strategic gem for competitive decks.
