DROP Streetwear sells authentic sneakers, streetwear, beauty products, collectibles and merchandise. We do not sell counterfeit products or replicas presented as genuine.

Know what you’re buying

Refer to each product listing for its model, edition, size, condition and included contents.

Authenticity and condition are different. An authentic item is not automatically brand new, factory sealed or supplied with every original accessory. Check the individual listing for these details before purchasing.

Certificates, original retail receipts and authentication reports are included only where expressly stated.

Collectibles and graded cards

For Pokémon TCG and other collectibles, review the stated language, set, card number, selling unit and condition.

Where a product is advertised as professionally graded, refer to the grading company, grade and certification details provided for that listing. An authentic sealed pack does not guarantee a particular card or pull.

Have an authenticity concern?

Contact sales@dropstreetwear.com with:

• Your order number.

• The product name.

• A clear explanation of your concern.

• Photographs of the item, labels, packaging and any attached DROP QR tag.

Please retain the product and its packaging while we investigate. Avoid removing an attached QR tag before contacting us, where possible.

We may request additional information or arrange an inspection. We will explain the assessment outcome and the appropriate next steps. If an item is established to be counterfeit, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law.

Your rights

This policy does not restrict your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. A missing tag or packaging does not automatically invalidate a legitimate claim.
